The newest addition to the M3 Plumbing Services fleet has already been putting in work. We decided to try running the bucket backwards on our Bobcat E10 just to see how it would perform in tighter situations, and honestly it worked out great. Little adjustments and field ideas like that are what help us stay efficient and keep projects moving.

In just the first week and a half to two weeks, we’ve already put nearly 40 hours on this machine. We’re extremely grateful for the growth, the opportunities, and the people trusting M3 Plumbing Services with their projects. Investing into equipment like this allows our team to work safer, cleaner, and more efficiently every day.

Excited for what’s ahead and thankful to see the growth continuing.

Getting started over at Balducci and finally gaining some traction on this project.

We’ve got our excavator on site and have begun opening up the slab to start underground work. DSC is out here with us handling all saw cutting and will be taking care of the pour back once we’re wrapped up.

Next steps are pushing through excavation, setting the grease trap, and getting all underground rough-ins in place. We’ll be installing floor drains and running trap primers to keep everything moving forward and ready for inspection.

Having solid trade partners on projects like this makes all the difference—good communication, clean work, and keeping the job moving the right way.

Late night emergency call turned into a full excavation.

Broken 2” water service under a retaining wall, mud everywhere, no easy access. Cut it out, rebuilt it right, and got water back on for the whole complex.

These are the jobs you don’t see—but they’re the ones that matter. My team is the best out there hands down.

Big step for us and a big upgrade for how we run jobs. This is only the beginning — we’re building something solid and doing it the right way.

Tracked down a leak on a commercial property and it turned into a full underground repair 👇
We actually brought in another company at first for leak detection and still didn’t have a clear answer. Instead of stopping there, we stayed on it, invested in our own equipment, and kept pushing until we found it.

Exposed the line along the building and found the issue — a DWV fitting installed on a pressurized water line (not rated for pressure and bound to fail).
Cut it out, replaced everything with Schedule 80, added a new isolation valve with a traffic-rated box, pressure tested, and poured everything back.

System is back online and built the right way now.

Sometimes it’s just about staying after it and trusting your team to get it done.

Found a failed 3/4” ball valve right after the PRV where the irrigation system ties in. Small parts like this can cause big headaches if they start leaking or fail completely. We got it swapped out and the system back up and running.

If you’ve got leaks, pressure issues, or failing valves around your PRV or irrigation tie-ins, it’s better to catch them early.
