Job Title: Foreman

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Foreman at Dickinson Utility Contractors, located in Holly Springs, GA. The Foreman will be responsible for supervising workers, operating heavy equipment, maintaining a safe work environment, communicating with team members, and ensuring maintenance tasks are completed.

Qualifications:

• Supervisory Skills and Communication skills
• Experience with site development and/or underground utilities
• Experience operating Heavy Equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent, additional certifications a plus
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
