In case you missed it in your September member magazine ~ we are now offering Prepaid Billing!

Prepaid metering is a service that allows members to pay for electricity before it’s used. Instead of receiving a traditional monthly paper bill, your electric use is calculated daily. Members can make payments whenever they choose and in the amount that works best for them.

• Prepaid service is available only for residential accounts.
• No deposits are required (If a deposit is on file, we will credit it to your account)
• No late payment penalties
• Payments can be made on the members’ own schedule
• Members can easily monitor daily usage and costs
• Account balances are updated daily, eliminating large end-of-month bills

📢 ATTENTION DUBOIS REC MEMBERS

Beginning in September, SMARInsights will be sending emails to Dubois REC residential members inviting them to participate in a Residential End-Use Survey. Additional reminder emails may be sent periodically until the survey concludes in October.

We encourage all members who receive the survey to participate! The survey should take approximately 12 minutes to complete, and your feedback is truly appreciated.

🚧 Parking Lot Maintenance Update 🚧

Due to the rainy weather over the weekend, our parking lot maintenance has been rescheduled.

Our drive-thru will be closed:
• Wednesday, July 1
• Thursday, July 2
• It will reopen for the weekend.
• Monday, July 6 (closed again to complete the project)
