WATCH THE BUILD! Prost Builders' Team is making progress on the George Washington Carver Office building on Missouri Blvd in Jefferson City. The work began with structural concrete repairs and proceeded to demolishing and clearing all floors wherever needed for the new HVAC systems and additional cubicles. The exterior facade is also getting a change in appearance with new windows and a different paint color. The old parking lot now has concrete curbs and gutters, with the asphalt scheduled to be poured early next week.

WATCH THE BUILD! Prost Builders' participated for the 3rd year at the Habitat For Humanity's Women Build event in Columbia, MO. Assistant PM Amber Stevens and Construction Deputy VP Destanie Thomas joined Public Outreach VP Virginia Steiger in building future homes for 1st generation homeowners. Prost Builders' supports homeownership, even if we only specialize in commercial construction projects.

WATCH THE BUILD! Prost Builders' Team and our skilled, trusted subcontractors are diligently working on the Air Traffic Control Tower at Jefferson Memorial Airport. It's coming together as the electrician cores a hole for wires in the CAB at the top. The metal cladding/panels are along the half wall of the operational center (CAB), and the railing has been installed below it for safe and secure movement between the tower's lower and top level. On the ground below is the formwork for concrete to be poured for the ADA compliant ramp and sidewalk to a parking lot.

WATCH THE BUILD! Prost Builders is renovating all floors of the George Washington Carver Office building in Jefferson City, plus adding a new roof, HVAC, and parking lot. The first three interior pictures show the renovation work in progress on the ground floor and then the next three are of the 3rd floor work.

Sawdust Studios likes to promote everyone's opportunity to 'Build Something Awesome' at their workshop. They have school kids classes and adult classes to make personalized wood products. Go see what the buzz is about! I've been buying from them since 2021 and highly recommend them.

It's an exciting time of year at the farmers market as new products keep popping up each week! Today we have asparagus, ramps, radishes and cucumbers are making their debut! It won't be long before we start seeing more springtime favorites like strawberries, cherries, beets and broccoli!

Scammers are contacting local businesses and individuals claiming to sell fake vendor booths or event opportunities. Please be cautious and do not send payment or personal information to anyone claiming to represent MOSY unless they are using an official .org email address.

WATCH THE BUILD! Prost Builders and many others were recognized for their fantastic work with the stained glass laylight at Missouri's State Capitol. We provided the intricate scaffolding 60 feet high above the Grand Staircase and carried out the painstakingly careful removal and installation of the newly restored laylight. We're so proud to be a part of preserving and restoring Missouri's historic landmarks, such as this truly unique project.
