Skillworks – Facility & Grounds Maintenance
Skillworks provides facility and grounds maintenance backed by over 30 years of commercial construction experience. Maintenance is handled with a focus on proper repair—addressing underlying issues rather than applying temporary fixes.
Each team member is fully equipped with tools and a work vehicle, allowing most tasks to be completed on-site without delays or additional mobilization. Most of the team have worked in industrial facilities where training and proper PPE are respected and expected.
Services:
Door repairs, leak resolution, and signage maintenance
Unit clean-out and turnover preparation
General facility and site upkeep
Small excavation and skid steer services
Floor plan design or evacuation routes required by fire marshall.
Lawn care/landscaping
Concrete work
Rate:
$55 per person/hour (two hour minimum)
(includes skilled labor, tools, payroll expenses, insuarance and vehicle)
Experience:
Skillworks currently services multiple large storage facility operators, providing ongoing maintenance, repairs, and unit turnover support.
Approach:
