Our team is excited for this consolidation, and we look forward to continuing our legacy of service and quality for the customers and communities we serve!

We are excited to bring together our legacy companies under Capital Aggregates, combining decades of expertise to better serve our customers in the construction industry!

Although newly established, the teams that make up Capital Aggregates have been creating a legacy of service and quality since 1973. The consolidation of Capital Quarries, Capital Sand Company, Capital Materials, and Hedger Aggregates is not just about creating a stronger and more efficient organization but also about respecting and celebrating the history of each company. The goal of this consolidation is to retain the best aspects of each business while leveraging their strengths to enhance the overall value proposition and customer experience. By uniting the strengths of each company, Capital Aggregates will provide quality products and materials to contractors in the construction industry.

We had a 𝙗𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙩 hosting the students with Missouri S&T's Explosives Camp yesterday at our Rolla quarry! 💥

This camp gives students the unique opportunity to learn about pyrotechnics along with hands-on activities to give them a glimpse into how explosives are used within our industry! From learning how to prime and shoot dynamite to exploring the many explosive-related careers available to them, this camp ensures students have the knowledge necessary to set them up for success!

Thanks, Missouri S&T and Buckley Powder, for allowing us to be a part of educating the future of the mining industry! 🚧👊

On April 26th, our team will be participating in a Sporting Clays Tournament to benefit the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Mid-Missouri! You can help us support the cause by pledging $1 or more for every clay our team breaks during the tournament! At the end of the day, we'll tally up the broken clays, and the pledges will turn into donations, contributing to a great cause! 🥏

We are proud to have Dana Talley as a member of our QC team!
Dana is passionate about empowering and guiding young women to see the many opportunities within this industry. She believes that overcoming fear is key to attracting more women to this field, stating, "Fear has killed more dreams than failure ever has."

Every successful project and material delivery is backed by a dedicated Quality Control team that ensures our products meet quality standards and specifications!

Meet Dana Talley, a Quality Control Specialist who works at our quarry in Pocahontas, AR as a member of our Capital Aggregates team!

Dana has been an integral part of the Capital family for a year and a half, sampling daily production to confirm size and cleanliness compliance for each product. These samples undergo sieving, weighing, recording, and computer analysis to guarantee consistent, high-quality output. Additionally, Dana proactively identifies and resolves potential issues early on to prevent problems such as incorrect material sizes or contamination.

With 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Dana is passionate about empowering and guiding young women to see the many opportunities within this industry. She believes that overcoming fear is key to attracting more women to this field, stating, "Fear has killed more dreams than failure ever has."

Thank you for being a member of the Capital Aggregates team, Gabbie!👊🏼 The industry is lucky to have you!

As we continue to highlight women who impact our team, from Production to Construction, we are excited to introduce Gabbie Williams - a dedicated member of the Capital Aggregates team!

Gabbie is a highly skilled heavy equipment operator who works on our stripping crews! She is a graduate of State Technical College of Missouri, holding a certificate in Heavy Equipment Operations. Gabbie's journey with Capital began as an intern during her time at State Tech, and upon completing her certificate, she transitioned into a full-time role with Capital. When asked for advice to women who may be hesitant about entering the industry, Gabbie responded with "I believe that if you are interested or want to be in this field, you shouldn’t sweat the small stuff, put the focus on your career, and ask all the questions you can to learn more."

We are proud to have Brittany as a member of our safety team!👊🏼

We are excited to celebrate by highlighting a few of the incredible women who are driving excellence throughout our operations, from production to construction! No matter the phase of work, our operations always begin with safety! Meet a valued member of our safety team, Brittany Morehead!

With 16 years of extensive safety expertise, including 4 years with Capital, Brittany serves our team as a Safety Manager for Capital Aggregates. Within her role, she organizes safety initiatives across safety coordinators and sites through the planning, development, and ex*****on of programs and protocols aimed at surpassing compliance standards and safety requirements. Additionally, Brittany plays a pivotal role in guaranteeing adherence to OSHA & MSHA regulations and procedures by monitoring on-site operations. Driven by a dedication to educate and involve our teammates in safety training, Brittany strives to proactively prevent incidents and encourages every team member to actively participate in maintaining a safe environment with the motto "See something, say something."

Brittany's advice to her younger self reflects her commitment to hands-on experience: “Don’t shy away from getting more hands-on training on equipment and tasks that our frontline employees do on a day-to-day basis."
