Cremer CF 1220-2, 24 Lane Counter with dual lane conveyor, this high-speed Tablet/Capsule/Gummy counter combine two 12-channel counting heads over a dual-track conveyor on a single frame to double the throughput of the Cremer CF-1220-2 without doubling the floor space, achieving speeds up to 75 cpm based on 100-count bottles, the infeed section is where containers are divided from one stream onto the two tracks, and at the discharge the containers are directed into a single stream again. Bosch Capsule Filler Model GKF 1500. This capsule filler was OVERHAULED in 2007 upgraded to a Bosch 16 count unit with increased output. The unit is an excellent value with an output of up to 2000 capsules per minute (120,000 per hour). The operating method is low in wear and maintenance, and capsules of all makes can be run. The fill weight adjusts within seconds, resulting in very small powder residue that ensures optimum machine efficiency. Processing of “extremely difficult powders” is also possible. The small footprint and uncomplicated functional sequences and machine design make the Bosch GKF 1500 16 count easy to setup, easy to operate, and easy to clean. Unit comes with size 0 & 00 capsule change parts and other sizes are available, 480 V/50-60 Hz.
