The boss lady (wife) asked for a change to our fire place wall. So I relocated it in our living room and built us this. I used upper cabinets as base cabinets and built the upper bookshelves with adjustable shelves in them. We added the lights that are dimmers on the top of each bookshelf. The mantle is custom built. We purchasedand installeda 60” electric fireplace that I installed on drawer slides so it comes out for any maintenance if needed. I recessed behind the tv for the electrical and the tv mount so the tv sets closer to the stone. We also installed color changing lights behind the tv for added looks.

So we’ve been extremely busy these last 10weekend. We started a house remodel for a great customer. We removed and installed 33 windows, taken out 3 doors and replaced two the exact same size and then cut a bigger hole in the side of the house to fit a sliding door in. We’ve installed new ceiling boards on there porch and replaced all the porch columns. We’ve installed new still have a few items on our checklist to complete on the porch. We removed all the old siding and replaced with new vinyl siding and vinyl shacks. We have started installed stone on the foundation and will complete that on nice days. We have replaced only rooted fascia boards and added soffit and new aluminum fascia. We gutted the kitchen and removed a wall and have kitchen almost completed. We installed new bamboo flooring last night and will continue soffit today. It’s been a really busy remodel along with trying to squeeze in other customers. Things are coming together.

We started a pretty big project this past weekend. We will be taking off all the old wood siding on a house and taking out all the old windows. We will rehouse wrap install new windows and brand new vinly siding with vinyl shakes on the top half!! It’s looking great!! More pictures to come.

So the guys and I have been helping a customer out on some home upgrades. Installed new butcher block countertops, new kitchen floor, took out an angled corner cabinet and 90* it (making a new corner door for it), installed new kitchen sink, and new kitchen and dining room lights. Still have some trim to do and a few other projects to complete.

Finished up the deck down in Johnston couple weeks ago. It turned out really nice! Now off to the next job .
