Midwest Plastic Products has been acquired by Timewell Drainage Products. Timewell is a family owned HDPE pipe manufacturer with locations in Timewell, IL; Sibley, IA and Providence, KY. Midwest Plastic Products will continue to manufacture drain tile and fittings in Jefferson, WI and Plainfield, IA. This merger will supply our customers with a complete manufactured product line including 2" - 18" single wall pipe and 4" - 48" MaXflo dual wall pipe. This is an opportunity to create value by combining the strengths of two long-lasting tile and fitting manufacturers. Our customers will benefit from the strategic locations and talent found in both companies as we position ourselves for innovation and growth.
