Very appreciative to be recognized by the School District of Jefferson. I wanted to share with everyone at the School board meeting how much it meant to us to be recognized(though I got emotional and couldn’t speak) and how they have helped us. I also wanted to share this note I was mailed way back when from Mark Rollefson and Steve Dinkel. It meant a lot to me at the time that they had my back. It still means a lot, I saved this note and keep it in my desk.
We will continue to support our community and SDOJ everyday.

Pratt Bros/JDP HVAC LLC located in Jefferson, WI is looking for a service, maintenance and/or installation technician to join our growing team. Our business is to serve our growing residential customer base and take care of all their HVAC needs in a timely, respectful, and honest manner. We provide a small company atmosphere where your time and hard work will be appreciated. While we have year-round work, the HVAC business can get extremely busy during very hot or cold weather. However, we do provide a great work/life balance.
You will be responsible for servicing and maintaining a variety of equipment. Must be able to provide excellent customer service, have attention to detail, reliable, have ability to work independently or as a team, provide solutions and recommendations to our customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Clean and check furnaces, air conditioners, boilers
-Service Calls-Troubleshoot and repair
-Make recommendations on repair/replacement
-Electronically submit invoices/payment
-Answer customer questions, provide great customer service
-Coordinate with office for dispatching and follow up appointments
REQUIREMENTS
-Participate in rotating on-call schedule
-3 plus years’ experience
-Must have minimum of High School diploma or equivalent
-Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record
-Must submit to Background Check and Drug Testing
-Trade School certification and EPA certificate required.
