Your Support Needed: Attend the Public Hearing to Stand with Utica United! June 4th at the Utica Town hall 630 pm

Dear Residents of Utica,
We urgently need your support! Utica United Inc., a 501(c)3 charitable organization dedicated to revitalizing our community, has invested nearly $125,000 in cash and in-kind donations to transform the Old Utica Elementary School into a vibrant hub for youth recreation and education initiatives.
After a year of hard work and dedication, we were thrilled to receive all necessary permits, pass inspections, and be issued a Certificate of Occupancy to open our doors. However, just as we were ready to make a positive impact in our community, the Utica Town Planner issued us a letter of revocation for our Certificate of Occupancy, citing the need for a new zoning classification.
We are deeply troubled by this sudden change and question why the Town waited until after we had completed all necessary steps to inform us of this requirement. Nevertheless, we remain committed to our mission of providing valuable resources and opportunities for our youth. This meeting can be attended by anyone. You don't have to be from Utica. I need my Jeffersonville people to show out strong for something God put on my heart 6 years ago. Just another battle in the war. Please support us and what we stand for. Please share
