Customer has been struggling with heating and cooling the home properly, had been dealing with 80+ degrees in home and 65 or lower for heating, diagnosed problem, system was not freezing and refrigerant pressures were ok, some one opened side babble to allow air to bypass evap coil, evap coil plugged had to cut out and wash it, re installed coils and started ac back up, system worked allot better!!
