Another day, another gorgeous green home! This 1756 square foot ranch features a layout very similar to our Franklin plan. Between, the kitchen, pantry, and tiled shower, it’s hard to pick a favorite space! 😍

Thank you Polings! 🤍

Today we’re over in Medina County showing off this 1990 square foot custom ranch! How dreamy is the green and black color scheme on the exterior? One of my favorite parts of this home is the grocery door that will make uploading bags directly into the pantry a breeze! 🏠

Thank you Joshua and Paige! 🤍

Happy Friday! This custom 1521 square foot ranch in Whipple sits at the edge of the woods with a gorgeous cathedral wood framed front porch. Around the back, an Azek deck offers a cozy area to spot deer from! 🦌

Thank you Jurins! 🤍

We handed over this beautiful custom 1915 square foot ranch in Caledonia in June and missed posting it! It features a dark exterior with a doubled front door, board n batten siding, and gable spoke. The interior has a clean feel with green accents. We also got a glimpse of their cozy backyard recently! 🔥

Thank you Heckers, hope you are enjoying your new home! 🤍

Check out this gorgeous 2840 square foot ranch we wrapped up in Oberlin! This home was so thoughtfully designed that every time I turned a corner I found a new favorite space. We’re particularly in love with the kitchen, fireplace stone, and owner’s bath. Plus we found the paw-fect model for the pet gate! 🐶

Thank you Posendeks! 🤍

A beauty from all angles! 😉 Loving the drone shots of this custom 1955 square foot ranch. Some of our favorite features include the brick chimney, Azek back deck, and tiled shower!

Thank you Woods! 🤍

When you are building a new home, creating inviting spaces is a priority! This is definitely the case with this 1816 square foot custom ranch. The main living area/kitchen is warm and open with the cathedral ceiling, stained cabinets, and trim. The back patio is another cozy spot! ☀️

Thank you Surdocks! 🤍

The fireplace with stone surround to the ceiling is the standout feature in this custom 2335 sqft Grand Madison! However, the stunning dark green bathrooms and kitchen are close runner ups! 🔥

Thank you McCanns! ❤️
