Check out our latest project! We successfully replaced a 3 ton, 80k, 95% HVAC system that had been severely neglected. The old system’s condenser compressor failed due to lack of servicing. We acted fast, replaced it, and now the customer’s home is comfortable again. Another happy customer added to the list!

Don't neglect your HVAC system's maintenance! Witness what happened when airflow was restricted, resulting in a dead Blower Motor and a locked-out Furnace High-limit. Not only was maintenance a concern here, but the installation of this HVAC System was also subpar. Due to the fact that the unit was installed in a closet, there was limited space in front of the unit to even remove the defective Blower Motor. Servicing this equipment was quite tough because the person who installed this system clearly wasn't qualified.

Here’s another job that we just wrapped up. This job consisted of replacing a 3 ton Air-Handler and installing a matching 3 Ton 14 SEER Condenser. We were very fortunate that this job went smoothly because the attic in which the Air-Handler was installed in was quite difficult to get to and had no flooring. As you can see by the photo of the new Air-Handler we were able to provide new plywood flooring for both the ease of installation and for the safety of future servicing of the equipment. We should’ve took pictures of what was there before, but sometimes you just have to get the job done!

We just replaced an old Gas-fired Wall Mounted Hot Water Boiler with a shiny new Navien Unit, and it's going to save our customer a pretty penny on their utility bills! This job was a bit of a challenge since the system is tucked away in a closet, but we're thrilled with how it turned out.

Just had the most eventful service call! Customer complained about water coming out of the Boiler’s relief valve. Turns out the expansion tank’s diaphragm was compromised, causing the relief valve to malfunction. But that was just the start - the relief valve was leaking, pouring water over the zone control panel with a burnt-out transformer. After replacing the defective parts and relocating the panel, we still had issues. The pressure reducing valve wouldn’t fill the Boiler! Inspection revealed the entire feed-line was plugged. After cleaning and replacing parts, the system’s up and running. Reminder: regular Boiler maintenance is a must, don’t wait 8 years!

Check out our latest project! We replaced a 2 Ton, 60K, 80% HVAC system and the difference is striking. This condo's original system had been severely neglected, as evident from the state of the evaporator coil. It's clear that proper servicing was lacking, leading to the condenser's compressor failure. Luckily, we were able to quickly swap out the system and get the customer up and running. Another successful job and one more happy customer!
