Our President/CEO is out representing McDonald & Sons, Inc. as part of the GCBAA Board!

It’s National Safety Day and the GCBAA Executive Board met alongside CONEXPO-CON/AGG.

In true industry fashion, we even participated in a Guinness World Records attempt for the most high-visibility vests in one place — it was a fitting atmosphere as safety was a leading discussion throughout the meeting and a key part of President Jon O’Donnell’s initiative to strengthen and support our membership. Making sure every employee goes home safe at the end of the day will always be our top priority. 🦺

Progress continues at our complete renovation in Bluefield, WV. What a beautiful area of the country especially as we move into the fall!

Wow, that’s a beautiful bunker! Continuing work at the beautiful Aspetuck Valley CC in Connecticut. We are so glad to be a part of their bunker renovation.

Work continues in Bluefield, WV at the 9-hole Bluefield Elks course. The course is completely shut down during our renovations allowing us the freedom to make major changes without impact to day to day play. Jose Luis and his team have been working tirelessly while enjoying the WV mountain scenery.

We love repeat clients here at McDonald & Sons! Whether we are working on one or two greens or an entire course renovation, we enjoy building relationships with the Superintendents, Architects, General Managers, and Board Members that make these projects possible. These relationships are a major component of our success over the last 40+years.

Bunker Renovations are well on their way at Heronwood Golf Course. Installing Better Billy Bunker to ensure quality maintenance conditions and playability for years to come.
