Malarkey Legacy Scotchgard shingles in Midnight Black were recently installed on the home of Cliff and Susan Kehrli of Manchester. After removing the existing shingles it was determined the roof sheeting also needed replaced so the crew installed all new roof sheeting on the home before continuing with the installation of the shingles. These Malarkey shingles are made of rubberized asphalt for superior all weather resilience. New 6" white seamless gutters with Leaf Blaster Pro gutter covers were also installed at this time. Pictured here is the home of Jason & Stephanie Dondelinger of Manchester. This new roofing system comes with many advantages over a standard asphalt roof. The first home of 2026 was one of some unique challenges. This charming home of Julie Campbell of Independence had 8 different roof pitches and many distinctive structural constructs that makes the home so special. The experienced owner and crew worked diligently to install this lifetime roof with care and workmanship to provide a great looking , superior quality roof to withstand any type wind or weather event. These were stone coated steel shingles in the Shake profile in the Vista Brown color. We sincerely Thank Julie for her business

Our last roof and gutter project of 2025 was finished Christmas Eve day on the home of Jan and Ruth Lueken of rural Colesburg. This 4/12 pitch roof took 29 squares of Vista Brown stone coated steel Shake shingles to preserve and protect this lovely home. Then with nearly 200 ft of new white 6" seamless aluminum gutters along with the new roof its very evident in the pictures how great the finished project looks. We want to say Thank You to Jan & Ruth along with all our 2025 customers for another great year in the service of providing exceptional products and workmanship on their homes, churches and commercial buildings.

A few years ago now in April of 2022 we installed a new roof on the lovely home of Paul Reck of rural Winthrop. On December 19th we finished a new roof on Paul's family community building on the farm with the exact matching stone coated steel shingles used on his home. Doing it right both buildings are now protected with Malabar colored Shake style stone coated steel shingles. So much value is added to any structure where these high quality shingles are installed. With winter square upon us we are working as the weather permits to finish our 2025 schedule. This home of Susann Voelker of Manchester we were able to complete after removing the snow that had not blown off the old roof. The Malabar colored stone coated steel shingles in the Shake profile were installed along with new 6" white aluminum gutters. The benefits of a stone coated steel shingle roof over common asphalt shingles are many. I have 3 half siblings; Ella (17), Carter (16), and Zoey (14).
I also have 2 step siblings; Lexi (25) and Brody (20).

( A ) I enjoy golf, tennis, hunting, fishing, watching football, and
spending time with my family.

( A ) Knowing that us guys installing are all doing things the right way. I also enjoy ensuring our clients are going to be safe when we complete our installs.

This three stall garage of Tom Fangman of Earlville was recently reroofed with exact matching shingles that had been installed on his home. These Boral / Unified stone coated steel shingles were in the Cottage design and Barclay in color. Truly a great look to have his home and garage covered with these quality steel shingles.
