I know it's been awhile since I've posted anything concerning business... With my eye surgeries, everything was kind of put on the back burner while I took care of my health. Now that everything has returned to somewhat normal, I do have some exciting news to share.. have officially joined forces. Dave and Bev are a wonderful couple that care about the customer more than any other contractor I've met in our area. They are willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied and their attention to detail is second to none! Any estimates from here on out will go through Dave and Bev. I appreciate everyone's support throughout the last few years, and this is just beginning of things to come this year.

Before & after pics... This will probably the last project for awhile... With health issues and appointments in Syracuse I need to take a step back and get everything "under control" for a few months... It's not fair to customers (or myself) to take on more work and it take twice as long as it should... ✌️

Pert-neer there with this one... Just trim to finish up the next few days... And more barn doors.. lots of barn doors to do 😁👍 I'll post before and after pics when it's all done.. huge difference!

Making progress this week... Still behind with everything due to health issues... BUT, making progress nonetheless! Copper piping used for a railing... Customer had the idea and we ran with it... Glad we did! Going to look pretty slick when it's all done!

Demo started on the next project. Best guess would be an 1860's house (based on what hardware I've found). Studs are rough cut... One is a 2" x 16" and two are 2" x 12". We're opening up the stairway and putting timber supports in and an open railing. Should open up the hallway next to the stairs so it doesn't feel like a tunnel anymore!

Pretty cool quick video on why people shouldn't pay for their own material through a website like Wayfair or Amazon. I almost always use locally owned companies that stand behind their products and I have a personal relationship with.

Since the barn doors seem to be a pretty "hot" design, these are a couple of versions I made some quick sketches of. If anyone is interested in one or a pair, then get ahold of me. I'll pretty much be making them for the next couple of weeks. So if you're thinking about one or two barn doors then get your name on the list!
