This customer in Pleasant Hill got tired of driving over their broken up driveway, and requested to replace this section while also making it a bit wider for backing up their camper.

We completed this project on base at Camp Dodge in Johnston. The chiller lines from the outdoor units running underground had ruptured, so they opted to run the piping overhead.

We placed full-depth 16" diameter footings finished all to the same elevation for the new stands to be installed on. This was followed up by Excel Mechanical coming in to route the new piping. The result is a clean, functional, easily serviceable system.

Here's a couple tasks we completed for the Woodward resource medical center.

The first was removing a mechanical room door that was too small to allow access for maintenance and component replacement. We widened the opening and installed a set of double fire-rated steel doors to fit their needs.

The second task was taking a room that was being used for storage, and converting it into their new oxygen/med-gas room. This new room also had to be fire-rated for safety and containment. We patched in openings in the ceiling and added an access panel, framed the new steel stud dividing wall, installed 5/8" fireguard drywall, installed the new fire-rated steel door and frame, and finished/painted the new walls and ceiling.

This may not have been a glamorous project, but it provided necessary solutions to the client and that's what matters!

This area went from bare dirt to mowing a lush lawn in just over 4 weeks! This is all without any additional overseeding, using any fertilizers, w**d prevention, or straw cover. This means no chemicals and no raking up straw down the road.

Take a look at this before and after transformation! 😲 We gave this commercial exterior a total overhaul from the ground up, and added a new entrance for the lease spaces in the back of the building.

Previously, the yard sloped from the street all the way to the building. We cut 4' of elevation from the yard to make room for the patio and landscaping on the low side. We designed and installed this S-curve retaining wall featuring 2 tone smooth blocks, geogrid reinforcement, and an integrated drainage system.

The building exterior got a touch of modern and rustic, blending different textures, colors and materials to make this a one of a kind look. The hand-split cedar shake siding was reclaimed, processed and restored from an early 1900s schoolhouse we previously restored. The standing seam metal roof utilizes hidden fasteners for a sleek and modern look.

From designing and creating drawings of the project, P&Z meetings, and completing the project, all work was performed in house. From breaking ground to final clean-up, we completed this project in 30 days, all while maintaining access to stay open for business!

This project has garnered significant attention from local leaders, newspapers and residents to take a look at the changes taking place in the center of town.
