As of October 1, 2025, we have moved from Johnston and are now based out of Indianola, IA. We still serve the central Iowa region for anybody wanting to build with ICF and have been known to work from as far as Downer's Grove, IL to Council Bluffs, IA. We had a project scheduled for the winter that has decided to wait. Let us know if there is something we can do for you. One idea would be to have us work on your ICF pool over Winter. We can get the pool started and plumbed and when the weather turns warmer, we can finish it up and have you ready for the warmer weather.

We have an outstanding flatwork crew we use on our homes and they are looking for more work. I want to do what I can to help them out. Let me know if you have some concrete work you need done or know of another builder that might be interested in using them.

Got to speak to a local Webelos Cub Scout group about construction and building with concrete. It was a lot of fun.

I really need to do a better job of doing updates on Facebook. Maybe 2022 is the year that happens. We finished a project in Williamsburg and have several in line ready to go this year.

We are doing a pole barn right now for one of our customers before starting their home.

The big question for the day is...How many of you out there would be interested in an ICF pool? I will be doing my first one this spring in Ames and have 2 more people that have asked me about them.

New year, clean start.

I'm hoping everyone has a great year filled with love, joy and happiness.

Instead of worrying about what you eat or getting into better shape, do something nice for one or more of your neighbors whether you know them or not. That small bit of kindness can really make a difference in a person's day.
