Another happy customer. Removed an oil tank, oil water heater, and a oil furnace. Installed a high efficient Payne LP furnace along with a Navien tankless water heater.
Notice the filter on the inlet on the bottom. That is an anti scale cartridge. Very important to have one installed as well as a replacement on a regular basis. Will keep that water heater exchanger going for a long time. Maintenance is key!!

Nice 2 unit, 5 head Carrier Ductless split system for a good customer. 2nd house we have done for them. Could have used 1 outdoor cond unit but customer chose to have a little redundancy in their life.
