Our most ambitious project to date!! This basement renovation spanned 1200 sqft starting as concrete and foundation walls. The basement's exterior was fully studded, bathroom and closets were built. Electrical components, including outlets, lighting, and switches, were installed throughout the basement. We also installed waterlines and plumbing for the bathroom, as well as waterlines to the icemaker under the bar. A matte black ceiling finish was applied, creating a beautiful rustic look. Drywall installation followed, and the space started to come together. Flooring, casing, baseboard, and door frames were installed after completing the wall color. Carpet was laid in the play area, extending up the stairway. Custom black cabinets and stunning countertops were installed, followed with backsplash. A two-tier bar with under-lighting completed the bar area. Lastly, our custom barndoor was hung to divide the area.

This bathroom underwent a comprehensive renovation, featuring beautiful black accents that modernized the space. A tub surround with shelving provides ample storage. The project underwent a full gut, including new subflooring, electrical, and plumbing installations. We are booking fast through next year! Reach out to get on the schedule!
