Today members of our team here at TRC proudly wore red in support of American Heart Health Month. ❤️

February is dedicated to raising awareness about heart disease—the leading cause of death in the United States—and encouraging everyone to take simple, proactive steps toward better heart health. From staying active and eating nutritious foods to managing stress and getting regular checkups, small habits can make a big impact.

Departments across the company participated in our “Red Out Day,” showing their hearts some love and standing together to promote awareness. It was inspiring to see so many team members dressed in red, sparking conversations about wellness and reminding one another that heart health matters—at work and at home.
