Notification of availability of information. The owner or operator shall provide ongoing notification on a company website, social media platforms, or through other publicly accessible means that:
(1) Information specified in paragraph (d) of this section is available to the public residing, working, or spending significant time within 6 miles of the stationary source upon request. The notification shall:
(i) Specify the information elements, identified in paragraph (d) of this section, that can be requested; and
(ii) Provide instructions for how to request the information including verification of presence within 6-miles (e.g., email, mailing address, and/or telephone or website request); and
(2) Identify where to access information on community preparedness, if available, including shelter-in-place and evacuation procedures. (g) Timeframe to provide requested information. The owner or operator shall provide the requested information under paragraph (d) of this section within 45 days of receiving a request. The owner or operator shall maintain a record of the members of the public requesting chemical hazard information for five years.

🎉 4 YEARS INJURY-FREE! 1.26 MILLION SAFE WORK HOURS! 🎉

Our Interstate Warehousing Joliet team recently came together to celebrate an incredible safety milestone: four consecutive years without an injury! 👏

To recognize this accomplishment and thank our employees for their dedication, we hosted a celebration complete with BBQ, cake, and commemorative 4-Year Injury-Free hoodies. Employees also received bonuses in recognition of their contributions to this achievement, and the team was presented with another safety award to commemorate the milestone.

Reaching four years injury-free is no small accomplishment. It reflects the commitment our employees bring to work every day, from following safe work practices and holding each other accountable to looking out for their coworkers. More than 1.26 million safe work hours is a testament to the teamwork and dedication of everyone at IWI Joliet.
