We’re serving as the carpentry subcontractor on this new build, with our team currently completing the exterior framing.

This stage is where the building begins to take shape. Accurate exterior framing establishes the structure’s layout, creates the required openings, and helps prepare the building for the exterior systems and trades that follow. It takes careful planning, coordination, and attention to detail to keep each phase moving forward properly.

We’re proud to bring our carpentry experience and craftsmanship to this project while working alongside the general contractor and the rest of the project team!

What an incredible weekend at Chicagoland Speedway!

After months of planning and hard work, it was amazing to see the track come alive again with race fans filling the stands. We were proud to partner with Chicagoland Speedway on renovations throughout the facility to help prepare for the return of racing, and seeing everything come together made all the effort worthwhile.

Throughout the weekend, two of our carpenters stayed on standby, ready to help wherever they were needed. It was especially rewarding to hear compliments from both the Speedway team and guests in the suites about their professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to jump in. We’re incredibly proud of the way they represented Cosgrove Construction and the values we strive to bring to every project.

A big thank you to the entire Chicagoland Speedway team for trusting us to be part of such an exciting milestone. We truly appreciate the partnership and the opportunity to play a role in bringing race weekend back to the community.

For months, our team has been hard at work helping prepare Chicagoland Speedway for its next chapter. This is just a glimpse of the countless hours, improvements, and dedication that have gone into preparing the speedway for its return.

Today, we remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. This Memorial Day, we reflect on the courage, service, and dedication of those who gave everything so we could have the freedoms we enjoy every day. Their sacrifice will never be forgotten.
