Some jobs mean a little more — this one was for family.

While they were out of town, we came in, tore out the old flooring, prepped it right, and installed new wood-look tile throughout the home.

Clean layout, tight grout lines, and everything flowing room to room the way it should.

No shortcuts — just solid work so they could come home to a fresh, updated space.

Another one wrapped up in Edmond, Oklahoma!!

This project turned out sharp. We went with LP SmartSide across the entire home (as always—durable, clean, and built to last), but what really sets this one apart is the detail work.

On the front elevation and up in the gable peaks, we installed alternating lap siding to break up the look and add some depth. It’s a subtle upgrade, but it completely changes the character of the house—gives it that custom, high-end feel without overcomplicating things.

Everything tied together clean with crisp lines, solid trim work, and a finish that’ll hold up to Oklahoma weather.
