My air conditioner stop working during the night and I call the company the next day. The lady answered the phone politely and stated she could get someone out to my home. The tech came within 2 hrs window. The tech fixed the air in about 30 min. He was politely and talkive.. Just Wonderful !! I went from 85 degrees in my home to 72. That's cool enough for me ;)

HVAC Term of the Day:

Ton: You may notice that heat pumps and air conditioners are generally sized in tons. Each ton equals 12,000 Btu per hour. This term originated back when we used to use ice to cool or refrigerate a space. Typical sizes for single-family residences are between two and five tons.

We love our furry friends! But, their hair and dander can impact the air quality of your home. Here are a few tips to help keep your HVAC system in good shape while being a pet owner:

Vacuum the house regularly: Your indoor air intake is a suction for hair and dander. To make each filter last longer, pick up as much pet hair as possible with a vacuum, instead.

Increase your air filter quality: Pet dander is a well-known allergen. A pet in the house is a source of allergens for at least 20% of the population. Choosing a higher-quality air filter can help keep the allergens out of your home's air.
