Looking for part-time bookkeeper.

Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

• Utilize Excel, Word and QuickBooks for Payroll, Invoicing, Accounts Payable and Receivable

• Enter new vendor’s information

• Enter A/P and A/R in QuickBooks

• Maintain files for all vendors and projects

• Prepare and monitor Payment Applications, Bank deposits and mail

• Payroll , Fed and State Tax payments

• Maintain accurate records, keeping both electronic and hard copies for the filing system
