Behind every successful manufacturing operation are people working together, supporting one another, and solving challenges as a team.

Meet Jessica Baker, Controller at FMH Conveyors. Jessica has been with FMH for almost 1 year, and what she enjoys most about her role is the people. Jessica says she loves working with her department and the collaborative atmosphere at FMH. The relationships she's built and the opportunity to work together as a team are what she enjoys most.

Outside of work, Jessica spends time with her family and cheers on her boys at their many activities, from baseball games and swim meets to family adventures. One of her most meaningful experiences at FMH has been representing the company through community philanthropy projects and seeing firsthand how much FMH cares about its employees and the community.

And here's something you might not know about Jessica: she graduated high school at 16 and her family is part of the K Club with the Savannah Bananas. They've attended more than 10 Banana Ball games across the United States.

Strong manufacturing teams are built by people who are willing to both lead and learn.

Meet Terin Washington Sr., Rigid Team Leader at FMH Conveyors. Terin has been with FMH for 5 months and 22 days and enjoys being both a teacher and a student in his role. As Terin puts it, "To be a great leader, one has to be a great student."

Outside of work, Terin enjoys reading, exercising, and investing in cryptocurrency and stocks.
When asked about his most memorable experience at FMH, Terin had a simple answer: "I'll let you know when I retire." And one thing his coworkers might be surprised to learn? Terin doesn't eat fast food.

On Manufacturing Day, we celebrated the incredible team members who keep FMH moving forward every day. Team members enjoyed a delicious BBQ lunch, cooled off with ice cream in the afternoon, enjoyed some door prizes, and plenty of fun along the way.

Manufacturing is about more than machines and equipment. It's about the people who keep everything moving.

Meet Josh McElhone, Shipping and Receiving Tech at FMH Conveyors. Josh has been with FMH for 1 year and enjoys getting to talk to a lot of people through his role.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys being outdoors, exercising, and going to church. One of his most memorable experiences at FMH has been learning how to run the crane. And something you might not know about Josh? He sings and plays guitar.

Quality matters in manufacturing, and it takes people who are willing to pay attention to the details.

Meet Ieysha Young, Quality Tech in the Parts Department at FMH Conveyors. Ieysha has been with FMH for 1 year and enjoys catching things that others might miss. As she puts it, being detail-oriented pays off.

Outside of work, Ieysha is continuing her education after earning a Bachelor's degree in Science and working toward her master's degree. One of her favorite FMH memories is her very first day, when she had the opportunity to meet the rest of the team. And here's something you might not know about Ieysha: she can braid hair like an African.

Meet Hayden Alls, Assembly Tech in the Flexible Power department. Hayden has been part of the FMH team for 4 years and enjoys having the freedom to move around and work on multiple projects.
Outside of work, Hayden enjoys deer hunting and dirt track racing.

One of Hayden's most memorable experiences at FMH has been seeing pay wages increase due to performance, highlighting the value of hard work and dedication. And something you might be surprised to learn about Hayden? He will not watch a horror movie.

Great manufacturing takes people with the curiosity and expertise to solve problems and keep things moving.

Meet John Washburn, Mechanical Engineer at FMH Conveyors. John has been with FMH for 2 years and enjoys that his role allows him to work on different products and projects rather than being stuck in one spot.

Outside of work, John enjoys working out, playing Xbox, spending time with his family, and going to church. One of his favorite FMH experiences so far was traveling to California and seeing the Hollywood sign. And here's something you might not know about John: he played college football at Arkansas Tech.

Meet Jamie Mason, Line Lead for BestConnect. Jamie has been with FMH for 4 months and is already making an impact as part of the team. What Jamie enjoys most about the role is leadership and not working nights.

Outside of work, Jamie enjoys collecting sports cards and is also a proud parent of five kids.
When asked about a memorable experience at FMH so far, Jamie kept it simple: learning something new.

For Manufacturing Day, we're celebrating the people who help make FMH Conveyors what it is.
Meet Justin McBroom, Production Manager in Rigid Assembly. Justin has been part of the FMH team for 17 years, bringing experience, dedication, and a commitment to building quality products.

When asked what he enjoys most about his role, Justin said it's the opportunity to build a neat product. Outside of FMH, Justin enjoys duck hunting, fishing, and dirt track racing.

One of his most memorable experiences at FMH was finishing a UPS unit on a short timeline.

We're proud to have team members like Justin helping build what comes next in manufacturing.

The FMH Conveyors team enjoyed participating in United Way of Northeast Arkansas Day of Caring 2026. Our volunteers painted some games on the playground for our friends at CityYouth Ministries.
