Due to fuel costs, I have no choice but to raise rates. My fuel costs have over doubled, and I can't continue at the same rate. Effective immediately, my hourly rate is $45/hr, or I will still quote per job. I will still do all jobs as inexpensive and efficient as possible. Thanks in advance for your understanding.

Sidewalk cleaning and sealing. This one may have gone a little long, but it came clean. 24 of them like this. The cleaner part at the door is with just one pass with the surface cleaner.

Lesson learned. If a client asks for soft wash pressure washing of gutters, make sure they know what soft wash is. There is a difference between soft wash and hand wash. And if you have a cleaner that works that will actually clean and doesn't leave residue, don't let them change it. If you do, I can assure you that neither you nor the client will be happy. Just pass that job up.
