Got him!!!!!! This is the lowest life form there is. This man tried to steal from innocent, hard-working people, robbing them of their retirement and destroying their homes. He’s gotten away with it for a long time in other states, but the little town of Jonesboro TN didn’t let him slide.

These are some of the windows Marc Kovac said that he historically restored. We are currently in a lawsuit against him. This was a Government project and he falsified documents and use substandard materials. He took off with $85,000 and left the Department Of Veterans Affairs holding the bill. This money could’ve served veterans.
