Customer inquired about the possibility of modernizing this 1978 home into an open concept floor space. We commenced by removing two fireplaces and 10,000 pounds of block, brick, and mortar, then proceeded to frame new structural beams in the attic to significantly enhance the home's visual appeal. Upon completion, this residence is certain to be stunning.

Rebuild on the front of this garage. Built approximately 10 years ago, this garage lacked proper siding flashings and v***r barrier. Water and termite damage had nearly caused this structure to collapse. We were able to remove damage, rebuild and managed to keep existing brick following repair.
