We are an industrial construction contractor installing urethane and epoxy mortar flooring systems and vitrified tile systems. We are looking for hard working individuals with construction experience. Relevant flooring experience preferred but not required.

We are based out of Joplin, MO but perform work all over the Midwest and Upper Midwest. DO NOT APPLY unless you are willing to work on the road approximately 2-3 weeks per month.

Starting pay is $17 per hour. We pay $40 per diem and pay for all hotel and travel expenses. We offer health insurance and life insurance benefits AT NO COST to the employee. We also offer paid vacation.

Will pay higher wages based on prior experience, CDL license, OSHA certification, heavy equipment certification, etc.

Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

Prior sales or marketing experience is preferred.

Pay will be hourly + bonuses.
