Lead Welder / Fabricator
Responsible for taking jobs from start to finish. Initial print reading, fabricating, welding, and assembly of custom parts using various materials such as metal, stainless steel, and aluminum for structural parts. Supporting others through directing their work, providing training as needed, and being a general go-to person for the other welding/fabricating employees. Quality checks on final products.

Job Requirements: High school diploma or GED, Previous training or experience in welding, 3+ years of work experience in a machine shop, plant, or manufacturing environment
Wage $29.34-$44
40-hours per week – On-site 395 Ervin Industrial Drive Jordan, MN
Monday-Wednesday 7am - 4:30pm
Thursday 7am-4pm
Friday 7am-11:30am
Full-Time Benefits: Vacation, Sick, and Holiday pay, SIMPLE IRA with employer match, paid employee Health Insurance, dental insurance offered.
Mid-County Fabricating pays employees 5-10% above market rate and has an extremely low turnover rate of 5% in comparison to industry standard.

Assembly Technician
Responsible for safely disassembling, washing, and reassembling equipment including hydraulics, plumbing and electrical in mobile applications. Works with delivery drivers and technicians to troubleshoot and diagnose trucks in the field.

Job Requirements: High school diploma, or GED, Post-High School education, previous assembly experience
Wage $28.55-$42.83

Job Requirements: Minimum one-year experience, High school diploma, or GED, Post-High School education in drafting and/or programming, previous experience using CNC equipment.

Wage $25.15-$37.72
