Over 300 SMH team members came together at Canterbury Park to kick off the 2026 season the right way. A day filled with insightful breakout sessions, a full team meeting, good food, and time spent together as one team.

This year, it’s all about our people. Having each other’s backs. Taking pride in our projects. And making a real difference in the communities we build.

And to top it off, we’re celebrating our 45th season in business. That’s 45 years of hard work, strong teams, and doing things the right way.
