The guys hit the road and headed to Harrisburg to work on the historic Tracy Mansion with Poole Anderson Construction. While old buildings can always present a challenge to renovate, this one came together nicely.

QUALITY QUALITY QUALITY‼️🚨

Our Quality Control crew was able to get a hands-on demonstration of the Fabstation AR Headset and we’re looking forward to putting it to work!🚧
A heavily detailed drawing can make it difficult to visualize what the part should look like once it’s been laid out. Being able to physically see what the finished product should look like; laid out over top of the existing product, is a game changer for us. No more, “Did the length change?” “What’s the hole location suppose to be?”. 🤔 Discrepancies are seen immediately so corrections can be made accordingly.
At the end of the day, quality starts long before the first weld. We’re always looking for ways to make our process better, keep our standards high, and quality at best.

And yes, we even got Kathy and David in on the fun🤪

Can’t stop, won’t stop💪😮‍💨

Our crew has been putting in the work over at the Po***ck Halls at Penn State and we’re proud to be apart of another solid project! 🤩
Nothing happens overnight, but every load moved, every piece set, and every day on site gets us one step closer to the finish line on this one. Proud of the work this crew is putting in and excited to keep the momentum going!

Gooooooodmorning Happy Valley!! ☀️

We are currently seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator. 🧑‍🏭

Candidates should posses the following:‼️

•Strong knowledge of all welding processes.
•Able to weld various materials. (steel, stainless, aluminum)
•Knowledge of reading and fabricating from blueprint drawings.
•Ability to lay out miscellaneous metals —stairs, handrails as well as structural steel-columns/beams.
•Ability to work solo and with a team.
•Strong work ethic.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Experience using various hand tools, forklifts, various equipment.
•Experience with installation processes including structural steel, stairs, and handrail.
•Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
•OSHA 10 is preferred, OSHA 30 is a plus.
•AWS D1.1 certified welder preferred.
•Forklift, crane rigging, First aid/CPR certifications a plus.
•Education - High school with additional training.
•Skill - 2+ years of experience in the field.
•Typical work week M-F 40+ hours a week.
•Health, Vision, Dental insurance, Retirement, vacation benefits.

A bird?! A plane?! A…. BEAM!

Today we had the Top Out ceremony for the Sackett Building at Penn State!

A whole lot of early mornings, busted knuckles, hot days, cold days, weld smoke, crane picks, and “well, that wasn’t on the drawings” got us to this point. Proud of our crew for putting another project one step closer to the finish line. And a huge thanks to our crew for putting in the hours to get here! It’s been a long time coming but the end is near!

Special thanks to G.M. McCrossin Inc for rolling up their sleeves and helping make this job a success. We’re proud to be working alongside a team that’s committed to getting it done right!

It’s like Christmas… but in June! The guys spent the morning unboxing their new toy and surprise!.. it’s a new Hydraulic Press Brake!🥳🎉
We’d like to thanks Stitzer’s Crane Services for helping us unload it, and Allison Crane & Rigging for assisting us with setting the press in place.
The crew is eager to fire this machine up and see what kind of work it can really do. Stay tuned to see what projects we’re on to next! 💪🫡

We’re proud to be recognized with a Certificate of Appreciation from CPI today! 🤩
This reflects the strength of our co-op program and our shared commitment to giving students real-world, hands-on experience that prepares them for successful careers. We’re proud to support the next generation of skilled professionals and we’re grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with such a dedicated institution.
