Out with the old in with the new. We recently remodeled two bathrooms for our local business in Fredericktown. We started by removing all the FRP from walls to give the upgrade to something more modern. We skim coated, taped , textured, and painted the walls. Then we moved on to the floors and sanded off the old paint. Upgraded the floors with industrial paint to give a new fresh look. We finished this bathroom upgrade by installing new wall partitions in the mens bathroom along with a new urinal and ADA toilets for both the men and women's bathroom. Looking for an upgrade? We built the ramp last spring, and this spring it came time to stain it. These customers decided to have us replace all the bad boards on the existing decks. We power washed the old stain off and replaced with a solid stain that could withstand pool chemicals. The ramp has a light texture additive to ensure grip. Next spring all the new boards will be ready to stain.

I have to say this basement home turned out nice. We reframed the roof to get rid of some of the pitch changes, put on new black metal, soffit and facia. We also added new white vinyl board a batten siding.
