There has been a lot of confusion about the new house bill passed pertaining to insurance deductibles. HB2102 that was created September 1st of 2019 requires that your deductible be paid in full. It had been a common practice for roofing contractors to offer to waive your deductible to help get a new roof for many years, this is now a criminal offense. Check out this link!
