Today we are happy to highlight a very special project. On the sunny tropical island of Puerto Rico there is now a solar powered oasis called the Outlet at Route 66. This is Puerto Rico's first enclosed, fully air-conditioned outlet mall with the largest indoor entertainment facility in the Caribbean.

Take a break from the beach and check out the 40,000 square foot indoor electric go-kart track where you can race your friends & family at speeds up to 45 MPH. Enjoy a one-of-a-kind experience in t futuristic state of the art bowling event center with interactive touch screen menus. Chill out in the arcade, feel the rush of going 0-60 mph in 3.4 seconds at the drag strip, get a quick lunch at the indoor food court or a leisurely meal at Karmas or Golden Coral. Then pick up great deals on some of your favorite brands ar the outlet stores. All while enjoying the benefits of solar power.

Thanks for checking out our Neighborhood. Be the Solution.

We are pleased to be actively signing up participants in our Williams Acres Community Solar Farm. The state of Oregon is helping all people enjoy the benefits of solar power without the need to install solar panels on your own roof or property. The new Oregon Community Solar Program allows renters, homeowners and businesses to participate in a community solar farm. Participants get bill credits on their monthly PGE bill and the rights to claim their home or business is solar powered. Whether you rent an apartment, own a home, or lease your business space, you can join a community solar farm and support clean energy in our local communities. PGE applies the kWh generated from the solar farm directly to your electric account. Participants see an average of 5-10% savings off their annual electric bill.

Neighborhood Power is proud to be a Registered Project Manager for the Oregon Community Solar Program.

The Oregon Community Solar Program gives customers of
Portland General Electric, Pacific Power and Idaho Power an
easy way to go solar. Customers can subscribe to a community
solar project—such as a large solar system on a business,
school or church—and receive a credit on their monthly
utility bill for the electricity from their portion of the project.
Community solar is a great option for customers who want to
use clean energy but may not have a sunny roof of their own.

The Oregon Community Solar Program is a state-enabled
initiative overseen by the Oregon Public Utility Commission
and implemented by Energy Solutions, the Energy Trust of
Oregon, and Community Energy Project. The Program provides
resources and certification for its Project Managers (PMs) but is
not affiliated with or sponsors of PM organizations.
