The trouble with our backend servers has been stabilized. Device connectivity should be back to stanadard. All devices should be functioning normally at this time.

Greetings PumpSpy users-

We are currently experiencing congestion issues with some of our API servers. Devices are responding with the following symptoms:

Disconnects
Difficulty connecting and reconnecting
backup pump "overtesting"

Devices that disconnect are intended to reconnect automatically when a connection becomes available. Your pumps should run normally regardless of wifi connection status. Our developers are working directly with our server hosts to resolve these issues.

Further still, we are close to launching our new backend infrastructure. We do not expect problems of this nature to continue once we have transitioned users and devices.

Please stay tuned as we work to fix these issues ASAP. Thanks for your patience!
