This week was full of emergency repairs 😮‍💨

Repaired a 23x30 with a snapped thrust motor shaft, a JT20 with multiple hydraulic leaks and blown hydraulic lines, a new 23x30 with a wire harness repair, and an asphalt paver with an intermittent heating screed issue. Wrapped up the week on a 20x22 with sheared off loader arm bolts.

Each call resulted in very little down time for the customer. 💪🏼

A beautiful day chuck full of service calls. ☀️

We fixed everything from a Vermeer 20x22 and 24x40, to a couple CAT mini excavators.

Only thing I forgot was my lunch and sunscreen. Other than that, it was a great day working out in the field. 💪🏼

It’s a bird, it’s a plane…

Nope. Just a Vermeer 23x30 that came in with an intermittent rotation speed error. We troubleshooted the issue back to a sticking charge pressure relief valve. Got the valve replaced and adjusted the pressures. She was back to sending rods in no time. 👋🏼

Ditch Witch JT20 Drill

Customer called indicating a loader arm bracket failure.

Our solution involved building new loader arm brackets. We were able to repair and have the drill back in action within the same day. 👊🏼
