Meet the builder! Dan Martz has been in the building industry since 1979 where he energetically began his career as a Superintendent for the well known Four Seasons Builders. Then in 1996 he stepped out on his own to establish Martz Home Builders as the Principle Owner and Operator. Today he is very well known in the community for his energy efficient homes (Green Building Certified). Each home is beautifully crafted with a large focus on eco impact, making for a home that lasts for years to come!
