Keystone Solutions Group is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Kalamazoo, MI!

We’re looking for a motivated self-starter to lead and support the creation, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the manufacturing equipment, processes, systems, and documentation needed to support medical device production.

In this role you'll work closely with Product Development, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality to:

Own manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement
Troubleshoot production lines and equipment and get to the root cause fast
Lead line and process qualifications, cut scrap, and boost efficiency
Support preventive maintenance, calibrations, and new product line launches

What we're looking for:
BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering2+ years of relevant experience (3–5 preferred)
Medical device manufacturing experience preferred
Bonus points for experience with PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, form-fill-seal machines, or single-use disposable devices

In this role, you'll own and manage HR at Keystone and help position us for growth.

In this role, you will:
Lead recruiting and hiring for production, professional, and management roles
Lead and develop our HR Coordinator staff
Run new hire orientation and onboarding so every new team member gets off to a great start
Manage benefits, leave programs, and employee engagement
Guide leaders on employee relations and keep us compliant with employment laws
Oversee ADP payroll, timekeeping, and HR records
Maintain our Employee Handbook and HR policies
Champion our company culture and support team building

What we're looking for:Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, or 4+ years of equivalent experience

While everyone was together for our team cookout, we handed out our Top Gun helmet for Q1/Q2 2026 to Brendan Higbie! 🏆

Brendan has been the driving force behind all things K2. As equipment and materials arrived and expectations grew, he took full Ownership. He managed his time and resources across multiple facilities and kept things moving, despite plenty of obstacles outside his control.

He's put in long, tiring, and dirty hours cleaning and prepping to keep the equipment and facility presentable during a critical commercial development period. No task too big or too messy. That's Get It Done and Serve with Humility in action.

Between shifting priorities, changing outside resources, coordinating Keystone personnel and contractors, and working with the customer, Brendan handles it all.

Even when he's covered in spots of pink foam at the end of the day, Brendan's attitude and persistence keep him laughing, smiling, and having Fun with the team.

Brendan, you are Top Gun. Congratulations!
