Hi Everyone,

We hope you all are having a wonderful summer so far. As you may be aware, we were going to have a special entry in this year's Parade of Homes. This remodel's remarkable transformation needs just a little extra time to really bring it all together. As the saying goes "Good things take time, great things take a little longer." Regretfully, we have withdrawn and will enter it virtually in next year's Parade alongside our physical entry, an 8,000 sq' new home in Bentwood Shores.

Jim Roberts Construction, Inc has been building and designing custom homes in and around Kalamazoo for over 30 years. Jim’s vast experience offers clients personalized services beginning with the first meeting and continuing throughout plan development and construction. Jim works with Michael R. Blied, Architect, designing custom homes, additions and renovations. Jim and Michael's homes have received multiple awards throughout the years. We encourage the use of interior design services by Rebecca MARVIN Interiors. But if you already have a plan, an architect or interior designer, we welcome the opportunity to expand our professional relationships. Structural integrity is of primary importance to Jim Roberts Construction. Product selection of windows and doors, as well as on interior and exterior finishes is accomplished during weekly meetings. Long-time associates with expertise in the fields of kitchen planning, plumbing and flooring services will be utilized. Our team approach culminates in homes that exceed our clients’ expectations.
