Contacting our employees on their personal cell phones after hours is not how to report a need for service at your home. You are to call into the office and leave a voicemail and if it is an emergency you will be given a specific number to call at that time. We value and respect our employees personal time and encourage you to do the same. Temperatures are not looking good for this entire week so let's talk about your generator. First this fluffy snow needs to be cleared away from the exhaust vents. We've seen insides of generators filled with snow due to our lovely Ohio winds. Second, there's a good chance that engine is going to have a hard time starting this week for your regularly scheduled exercise time. I despise the time change! So, here's a friendly tip. If you have exterior lights that you put on a switch many years ago with the intention of remembering to turn them on and off every night. Swap that switch out for a 24hr Programmable Timer. Come home to a well lit house every night.
