While on site for a very minor repair, an ongoing leak was discovered in the crawlspace of another section of the home, resulting in significant repairs.

Work required included locating the source of the leak and replacing a shower valve, subfloor repair and replacement, flooring replacement,drywall replacement with texture and paint, and tile replacement.

The first couple small deck projects of the season were already completed by the first week of April.

In Columbia Falls, a second floor deck entrance had deteriorated enough to become a huge safety concern. New stringers, treads, rails and balusters were installed, as well as adding a couple posts for additional support. Continued repair or replacement for the main deck is planned in the near future.

At another site, a basic deck with rotten joists and decking was fully removed and replaced with a new one.
