CAT Aerostaffing We help smart aviation companies find the right employees quickly so they can keep planes flying safely and profitably.

Our office is located in Kalispell, Montana. Contract Aircraft Technicians (CAT) is a subsidiary of Airport Enterprises, LLC, commonly known as CAT. CAT started in April 2012 with two A&P Mechanics, Pete Gross an Hal Belles. Pete owns several other aircraft relate business’s in the Northwest (see partners) and saw the need to provide mechanics and technicians to clients small-to-intermediate repai

r stations, FBO’s and other FAA and government supported aviation flight operations. We focused our services on supplying mechanics and technicians to local Montana based clients and then expanded these services to include other northwest states and Alaska. As our customer base grew, and the clients’ employee requirements changed, we began to provide all of our clients employee requirements for other diversified aircraft technical skills.
