Larson Construction is currently accepting applications for steel fabrication / er****on specialists. We focus on quality services ranging from steel buildings, custom fabrication, and residential steel. At Larson we value hard work, efficiency, and team loyalty in everything we do. Duties include but not limited to:
general shop labor,
steel framing fabrication,
and field er****on.
Team members should expect some out-of-town travel (per diem provided) but within the state from our Kalkaska facility, in company vehicles but home on weekends.
- Construction experience required.
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Welding experience preferred
- Must be willing / comfortable with working at heights

- Construction experience required (min 5 years)
- Strong work ethic required
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Welding experience preferred
- Applicant must be able to pass a D.O.T. physical
- Applicant must pass a pre-employment drug screen as well as random tests throughout employment
- Must be willing / comfortable with working at heights
- Benefits after 90 days (health ins., IRA w / company match)
- Paid vacation after 1 year of employment
- Full time

- Driver's license required ***with clean driving record***
