Happy Boss’s Day to Blake & Jenni! 🤍

Behind every great company are great people, and we’re lucky to have two of the best leading the way!

Thank you both for everything you do for BHE and the people who make it what it is. From the opportunities you create to the way you care about your employees and their families, it never goes unnoticed.

You’ve built more than just a business. You’ve created a place where people feel valued, supported, and part of something bigger.

We appreciate all the hard work, dedication, and heart you put into everything you do. We hope you both know how much you’re appreciated!

Happy Boss’s Day! 💛

Making improvements, one pour at a time! 🚧

We’ve been busy pouring concrete on the north side of our building as we continue investing in improvements to create a better workplace for our team!

Our 63-meter pump even got a chance to stretch out and help get part of the job done! 💪

Always working to make BHE better for the people who make it all happen!

☀️ Well, look what finally showed up… THE SUN.

After days of rain, we’re finally back at it! The ground might be a muddy mess, but that isn’t stopping the pump from getting concrete where it needs to go. 💪

We’ll take the sunshine—even if it comes with a little extra mud. 😂

Nothing hits quite like an ice-cold Gatorade and some fresh watermelon after a hard practice! 🍉🏈💪

We had a great time stopping by Mid-Prairie football practice to hand out some cut-up watermelon, Gatorade, and water to the guys after they wrapped up for the day.

We’re proud to support our local athletes and love getting the chance to give back to the community that supports us. Good luck this season, Hawks! 🖤💛

A little less workin’ and a little more grillin’. 🍔😎

Every year around Labor Day, we bring the guys back to the shop a little early, fire up the grill, and spend some time doing what we don’t get to do enough during a busy summer — slow down, eat together, and just hang out.

This cookout is all about our employees. After weeks of long days, hot job sites, early mornings, and getting it done day after day, they deserve an afternoon to kick back and enjoy some good food together.

It’s a small way for us to say a BIG thank you to everyone who keep BHE moving. 💪

Good food. Cold drinks. Plenty of laughs. And one heck of a BHE family.

We couldn’t do what we do without these guys. Here’s to the BHE family! 🍔🇺🇸

Our 63-meter was stretched out and putting in the work last week on a bridge pour north of Kalona! 💪

There’s just something about pouring concrete out in the country on a beautiful day. Great views, a great pour, and another job in the books!

A lot of concrete has hit the ground at Brenneman Pork, Inc! 💪

Our 38-meter and 47-meter pumps have been putting in the work on the new GDU building, with 1,288 yards pumped so far — and we’ve still got more to go!

It’s been great watching this project come together and being a part of it alongside Hog Slat, Inc. and Ideal Ready Mix.

More to come! Stay tuned!

A little fog over Kalona this morning as we poured the next phase at Kalona Auto. 🌫️

Our pump and crew were on site bright and early, keeping things moving and getting another section poured.

Nothing like a foggy Iowa morning and a good concrete pour! 💪

🇺🇸 Tonight, we celebrate 250 years of freedom! 🇺🇸

Join us at the Richmond AMVETS Fireworks Show as we honor our great nation and the heroes who have defended it. The festivities kick off at 5:00 PM with food, games, live music, family fun, and an incredible fireworks display to end the night! 🎆

We’re proud to have one of our BHE pump trucks on site, proudly flying the American flag and the POW/MIA flag as the backdrop for the evening’s entertainment—a small way to honor those who have served, those who never made it home, and the freedoms we enjoy every day.

Bring your lawn chairs, your family, and your patriotic spirit, and come support this amazing community tradition. We’ll see you there!

🇺🇸 God Bless America, and Happy 250th Birthday!
