Hey gang!
We all wanted to let you know that we are trying to get to everyone in a timely manner. We have been SWAMPED with no heats and emergency calls. We do apologize if you feel like we are not being fast enough in replying back or getting to you. We are doing our best. As many may know the crew has been out LATE most nights and lucky to sleep, trying to keep up and keep all our awesome customers, warm, happy and taken care of.
So, please take into consideration that we ARE doing EVERYTHING we can and doing it as FAST as we can. We love all our customers and couldn't be more thankful for you all.
But please remember, we (the family of our workers) are even lucky to be able to see our guys at the end of the day, they are working endlessly for you.

Please note that we are transitioning into QuickBooks for our invoices. We will no longer be using house call pro, once ALL OPEN INVOICES are PAID.
Please look into your trash and spam folders for any invoices for any recent work.
Also, look to the bottom of the invoice to locate the ongoing LATE FEE policy. :)

Hey guys, we just wanted to apologize for any delay in your services. We have caught a bug and are trying to get it out of our systems before we put in, Or work on any of yours. (Pun was made) In all seriousness though, we hope to be back on our feet here soon.

We want to apologize for any delay in your services. We are still working at full efficiency but if anyone who knows us will know, dog was one of our many right hand men. He was one that you may have seen along side us in many projects and upcoming that we had plan. To all of our broken hearts, he is no longer aside us but above us. We would like to take time to appreciate all the work, all the smiles and all the time he has spent with us and changing lives. There was no one that came across him that he didn't help or impact.
Dog, you may have left but you will never leave us. Family never leaves you, but becomes our angels.

Hey there! We just wanted to send out an announcement about our business.

So from what you all may see, we are 1 man band, we do have a helper but not always are we available to get right to you. We are limited to one truck, due to being a 1 man band.
However with that being said, we pride ourselves on trying to get to you as quickly and effeicently as we can. Also, that means our system is still in progress, we call you back as quickly as we can along with trying to give you our attention, ASAP.
We are small business, a mom and pop shop to say.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to always please all our customers, sad to say. But we do try to.
So please remember we are not a large corporate business. And if you are dissatisfied with something, let us know so we can try and do what we can for you.

One last note: We do also run on weekends, but we also have a family of 7. We do take time to spend with our children and doing things as they are growing still. We do not work 24/7 on weekends, yes we will come out and work on weekends. But the office doesn't run like it would on a weekday. Along with Amber having a job along side the business Jamie and her run.

So, no this is not an excuse post but more of a get to know us, realize a few things, and take in that we do what we can, when we can for you, as soon as we can.

You are all apart of our family, we treat you as you are.
