NOW HIRING: Fleet & Logistics Manager
📍 Location: Kankakee, IL
We’re looking for a highly organized, mechanically minded Fleet & Logistics Manager to keep our trucks, equipment, and field operations running smooth and strong. If you're a natural at coordinating moving parts and thrive under pressure - let's talk.
🛠 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Dispatch semis, lowboys, and field equipment daily
• Schedule repairs, PMs, and inspections
• Oversee mechanics & outside vendors
• Track parts, fluids, tools, and supplies
• Coordinate equipment across job sites
• Maintain service & warranty records
• Monitor DOT compliance & safety
• Support field leaders and keep projects moving
👀 Who We’re Looking For:
✔️ Fleet/shop/dispatch experience (construction or trucking preferred)
✔️ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔️ Knows heavy equipment, diesel trucks, trailers, and tools
✔️ Can manage chaos with confidence
✔️ Leadership mindset with a hands-on approach
✔️ CDL or mechanic experience = bonus
